“Abtin the owner of Cozy Closet is very knowledgeable, hardworking and has a lot of experience in the field of storage solutions. He pays attention to the customer’s needs and designs the closets keeping them in mind. He gives lot of options according to the situation which shows his concern about the customer and his creativity. Also he never leaves a chance to make the closet look good according to the ambience. The cost part is also reasonable. He would always come forward to give a good discount to his right customers.”

“I met with Alex Voogd two times in person to review the closet design. He showed a 3-D version of our closet and asked for our input. We reviewed his design and made a few recomendations, which he revised and submitted to us. He was always professional and easy going. He was always prompt for appointments and would always confirm any appointments with us. He even came to help with the installation. I would recommend his company to anyone who asked, as their work is very high quality.”

“My house with Tina Moizer. A Complete remodel of a kitchen and powder rm along with paint colors through out the living rm, family rm, dining rm. New furnishings for dining Rm, living Rm and family Rm, lighting and window coverings. Tina worked basically with a clean slate and managed to give me the west coast homey feeling I was looking for. She took into consideration my dogs while shopping for furniture and area carpets making sure they would stand up to the strength of a bulldog. Her creativity, suggestions and attention to details simply stood out. I look forward to working with Tina in the near future.”

“After living in my typical 1965 house for a few years and the sub-par closets that come with it, I decided it was time to knock down a wall and take over some of the man cave and create a sanctuary for me aka a walk-in closet. Not knowing much, one of my friends HIGHLY recommended Richard and Alistair and suggest I contact them. I thought I had a layout all figured out but the Express Closet team came in and gave me some suggestions that blew my mind and their pricing was half that of their competitors. They came in and installed on the day promised. The were efficient and tidy. Complete professionals from start to finish. I have and will recommend them to everyone.”

“Wendy was awesome in her organization of our kitchen pantry! What started out as chaos, ended up having custom built shelves that fit perfectly in our double wide mobile home. In addition to creating the perfect shelving unit for our pantry, she also had an attachment for mops/brooms, etc so that everything was just in the right spot! She works great with the older population and is very patient and explains everything! I really like that our donations went to good causes. That was very important to my mom (who is close to 80) as she wanted to be sure that her gently used items were given good homes. It's harder for older adults to have change and move things around, but Wendy was sensitive to that and provided lots of opportunities for my mom to keep whatever she needed and she helped her get rid of things she just wouldn't use anymore. I give Wendy 5 stars and we already have plans to work on my office/sewing room and outdoor shed!”

“I hired Arbutus to create my master walk-in closet as well as my kitchen pantry. I love LOVE love the design and quality. I'm very happy with the finished product and the price was reasonable. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that their communication was a bit lacking. I was in the dark as to when my installation would be scheduled, and when I called the man that answered the phone was short and snappy.”
