“We hired Pillar Development for a multi area remodel that included expanding an exercise room, completely revamping a master bath, and upgrading light fixtures in our kitchen and great room area. The communication was great, the workmanship was top-notch, the project was done in a timely manner, and well within budget. Chad has a great sense of humor and is willing to think outside the box to accomplish a project. He and Jamie are very organized and both provide great follow through. Their communication and work with sub-contractors was very professional. I would hire Pillar Development again without hesitation, and have recommended Chad to others.”

“We had a preformed shower insert removed and a custom shower installed in the master bath. The install included enlarging the space, cutting a pony wall down from 8' to 4', repairing the primary wall, installing new fixtures, tiling walls and floor, and putting in granite sills (on pony wall and under shower door) & shelves. The plumbers also installed 2 new sinks and 2 toilets in the house. We purchased the shower enclosure separately. Phil was very knowledgable, helpful and responsive. He stayed on time and budget. We highly recommend him.”

“F4L Construction/Chris has completed several projects in my home. They have retiled my shower, converted a dual sink area into a vanity with two sinks, replaced flooring, reconstructed and moved walls, built a new pergola, completed plumbing and electrical work, and have taken down a leaning tree in my yard. So far, I have found nothing that they can't do. F4L Construction is always professional. Chris shows up on time and is reliable. He is easy to work with, his prices are fair, and he does quality work. I still have several more home projects and I continue to look forward to working with this team. I just can't say enough about them. If you are looking for a professional team that does quality work and shows up when they say they will, call F4L Construction.”

Josh has been all over our requests and we couldn't be happier. He's been very attentive to our budget limitations despite their work being high end and the construction crew has shaved time from the schedule as we hope to move into our new home for Christmas!”

“DJ Turner did a remodel of a room we converted into a bed room. There was a dormer that was converted into a closet with new door as well as new trim, baseboards and door wrap. We weren't sure exactly the best use of space for the room, so we had Dale come out and give us his thoughts. He was very open to our ideas but included several of his own recommendations; giving us reasons for what he was suggesting. We ended up going with one of his recommendations and couldn't be happier. It involved walling in the dormer to create a closet with door. He removed some existing shelving and placed it into the newly created closet. He also had an electrician add a sensor light to the new closet. He gave us options and recommendations for the wrap and trim as well as the baseboards. We decided to do all the painting ourselves (it ended up being much more work than I thought it would - Doesn't it always!).”

“We hired Barney to build a room in our unfinished basement right after purchasing our home. He was extremely professional, friendly and very helpful. He helped us with initial design of the room and gave good advice on future improvements to the room, such as adding a future closet and converting the existing window into a proper egress window. He also diagnosed an unrelated plumbing issue and installed an additional light (and switches) in the basement where one didn't exist at no additional charge. His final price was exactly what he provided in his initial estimate. We will use Barney again when we remodel the laundry area in the basement and add a bathroom to it. Highly recommended!”

“Brian has completed several projects the past 15 years, all completed with great attention to detail. Projects include kitchen and bath remodels using tile, adding egress windows to downstairs bedrooms, fireplace mantel installation, cedar fence with concrete footing, just to name a few. I wouldn't use anyone else. Costs were very close to estimate and all debris removed. Absolutely no complaints.”
