“First let me say I grew up in a family of union carpenters, and can without a doubt Caleb with JCS Construction is a master of his trade. He doesn't cut corners and if your lucky enough to have him build for you all of the other tradesmen will thank you. I have seen a lot of junk built over the years a Caleb just won't do it he takes pride in his work and is super good at it. He framed and dried in a 3400 sq foot house for me in 7 weeks that I needed done by winter and did so the right way. True craftsmanship by a true Craftsman. I get compliments on Calebs work all of the time use him you won't regret it.”

“Superior quality, on time, and on budget. Kelvin was a Godsend. We were overwhelmed with purchasing a 1940s home. He assembled his team of experts and met us free of charge for our home inspection. Kelvin's experience and reliable sub-contractors put our minds at ease instantly. We knew the exact cost of our remodel and foundation repair within three days. We needed help envisioning the remodel, so Kelvin provided a free 3D model of our kitchen and bathroom and provided cabinet and quartz samples in addition to giving solid design suggestions. This brought the transformation to life, but more importantly, the final result was more stunning than we ever imagined. Kelvin and his team went above and beyond throughout the process, and their problem-solving ability is top-notch. We highly recommend Clover Renovations. You will not be disappointed!”

The build occurred on schedule and within budget. We have been very happy in our home. Carey helped us with designing the home we were building. She was involved in recommending layout, interior products such as fixtures and surfaces, and overall look of the home. Carey was great and a huge help.”

“I was introduced to Chris, Pacific construction Group, by my Realtor. It was one of the best contractor recommendations I have had. I can say that with confidence after having a couple wonderful experiences remodeling and having homes built for us. I also have had a couple bad experiences. This was a remodel of a home I purchased and needed a quick but quality remodel. Chris and his crew took my need to complete the project on time seriously and this was in spite of my adding a few extras. The updates were of the highest quality and these included a complete flooring change to engineered hardwood, new design of a bathroom with a beautiful tile shower and a fireplace that I trusted to Chris's vision and absolutely love. He kept my budget in mind and was always available for my questions....which were frequent at times. His crew was knowledgeable, efficient and talented.
