“CamShawn was the original builder for our house, which we bought from the previous owner. We were impressed by the quality throughout, particularly the woodwork. When we decided to finish the basement we got a quote from Dave and others. His was the most competitive and included higher quality finishes. He is extremely dependable, always on time and he and his contractors kept the work site very clean. “Woodfield Pointe is our 3rd 55+community. We moved from Georgia and had to do quite a bit from a distance away. Kurt Bergman is very easy to work with. Our home is everything we hoped it would be......and more. We feel it is a quality home and there were features we never knew we were getting, such as Kohler sinks and a WiFi Garage door opener! The appliances are higher end, which we appreciate. The woodwork, cabinets and stonework are excellent quality. We have had a few snowfalls already so we enjoy having our roads plowed and our sidewalks shoveled and salted. We are not from this area of Wisconsin, but were pleasantly surprised by the shopping, restaurants and the healthcare facilities that are so close to our community. This is a truly beautiful area of Wisconsin. We highly recommend Bergman Builders and Woodfield Pointe 55+ community.”

We custom designed our home we did not pick from the models..You can design any type home you dream of..They will go above and beyond to work with you. They have been fantastic! They let us view each step of the building process. So exciting to watch your home be built! The home is beautiful. They will take care of any issue you have. They stand by their product 100%!! Ruth, Mark, Katie, Matt, Misty and Rhonda all went out of their way to see we were satisfied. We would do it all again in a heartbeat!! We checked the workmanship and homes from many companies for months and we are so glad we went with Terrace. You get a quality home at a competitive price.. 5 stars all the way. We are 6 months out and if we called with a concern they would help in a second.”

“I used Joe Shea, Living Space Design and his team for a kitchen remodel. From start to finish it was a highly rewarding and professional experience. As with many of these types of projects, the unknown appeared but each time he problem solved until he and I were satisfied with the quality of the result. He even took me and one of his customers to view other kitchen projects so I could visualize better some of the options. Having past customers invite me into their home is a testament to their satisfaction as well. Every one of his on-site team and subcontractors was highly skilled and professional. They all arrived when they said they would, the project kept on track - with a couple of hiccups - and completed as projected. We are thinking of a bathroom remodel and I will always turn to Joe and Living Space Design first because I know I can trust the process and result.”
