“After working with another contractor to design our basement, their bid came in almost double our agreed upon budget. After taking the plans to Chris, we were able to implement everything we wanted (plus a bonus window!) within our budget. We were thrilled! Throughout the project Chris was easy to communicate with, always giving us plenty of time on our next steps and selections. He communicated the one delay we had (granite installation) and explained the situation. He was at the job site regularly and both him and his friendly sub contractors were very respectful of our house. We are so thrilled with our new basement and we will happily use Chris again in the future!”

“Mark Aschwanden re-built a very difficult home for us 2004-2005. "Difficult" in that the home had been built in 3 separate stages over a 60-year timeframe, and during the rebuilding we ran into significant engineering surprises. I came away after completion with even more respect and trust for Mark than when we started, and few projects like that end well! We are now 10 years into the place, and Mark's work has stood the test of time. Unreserved recommendation for Mark.”

“I continue to work with Lipari Construction on a regular basis however wanted to submit this review based on a large project we did a few years ago in Vail, Colorado. This was a very high end, extremely detailed, large multi residential project in which Donato was one of the lead project managers for the contractor at the time. Aside from his professional yet personable demeanor, I was immediately impressed by his span of knowledge. This was a project where he answered to the developer in addition to over 20 homeowners. We work with many contractors and Donato's organizational skills are second to none. Not only is he a perfectionist in construction, but also in documentation, administration follow up, and most important, communication! I would recommend hiring Lipari Construction as you get the best all of worlds: honesty and transparency, detailed documentation, passion in building, and truly keeping the clients best interest to heart. Donato is always ready and willing to answer my questions in a non intimidating friendly manner. Knowing and working with him for over 10 years, I have no doubt why he earned his highly respected reputation as a top builder in Summit County Colorado.”

Right from the beginning Derek and his team was amazing to work with. Their good communication, timeliness with deadlines, and being very competent has made this project go very smooth so far. “Excellent workmanship! No surprises! Kazco remodeled our kitchen in August of 2017 and did a fantastic job! We did a complete tear out and everything new put back in. They are trustworthy and we left them alone in the house with no problem! Everything was completed on time and they did everything we had asked for with the budget we had decided on in the beginning, no surprises of extra $$ at the end of the project. We are very happy with all of the work including the flooring and the backsplash subway tile, No mistakes to fix!! We love our new kitchen and we recommend Kazco to all of our friends. We plan on having them remodel our bathrooms in the future.”

“We hired Raptor as the general contractors of our custom home. From the bid process to completion they displayed the utmost professionalism, knowledge, skill and down to earth approach. Our house turned out amazing and that's not just us talking. We won numerous awards during the Parade of Homes, including the Mountain Living magazine Peak Award Best in Show. That wasn't the first time they won awards for their projects either. Take a look at their website to view our home and many other great examples of their work. These guys were wonderful to work with on such a large project. We would recommend them over and over.”
