We took parts of a floor plan from a newspaper clipping several years old and incorporated some floor plans from two other house layouts. The "Drake Team" put all of these ideas, concepts, and plans together and designed our new beautiful and amazing home!!! “We contracted Hibbs Homes to build a custom house in Frontenac, MO. Kim Hibbs was a delight to work with from first contact: friendly, honest, with our best interests in mind (including cost, quality of materials and workmanship). He is very organized and attentive, with outstanding communication skills ( he is a former TV news anchor). The entire process with HIbbs Homes was well-planned, including development of architectural plans, selection of materials and fixtures, development of budget, and every step of construction. Kim hires excellent sub-contractors, and he and his supervisor were on-site every day to monitor the work, to answer any questions, and to take care of any concerns immediately. What further distinguishes HIbbs Homes is their pricing structure, which allowed us to include high-end features (ground-source heat pump, the latest air-sealing materials/technology, granite countertops, custom cabinetry) at a much lower price point than any other builder we contacted. “We used this builder for a new home build and we were very pleased with their work. They built a beautiful home for our family. Their bidding is accurate and if you happen to change/add anything along the way that will change the cost, they let you know what it will be and you sign off on it. They did quality work and they did it quickly and efficiently. They guide the homeowner through the process of choosing features one step at a time so that it's never overwhelming. The contractor manages all the different teams of workers--plumbers, electricians, etc. with professionalism and the homeowner is free to enjoy the building process. If you experience any problems, even after your home is built, they are quick to come and remedy them. Thirteen years later, we are still very happy with our home.”

“Shane remodeled both of our bathrooms at the same time and did a superb job! Our house was built by a brick mason and presents a lot of unique challenges for any construction project. “This company did remodeling in our basement including putting in a bar/counter. Installed an oak stairway to the basement plus a decorative handrail. They created dormer windows on the front of our house which greatly improved the curb appeal of our home. Each time they have done work in our home the finished product has looked great and the workers have been respectful and cleaned up their work areas well. The work has always been completed in a timely manner. We have been extremely happy with this company.”
