Working with MVCC on several high end complex projects on Martha's Vineyard we have been impressed with these qualifications but also with their Project Managers and Onsite Supervisors who are steady, creative, and quick thinkers. “We hired Norman Rankow and his accomplished team at Colonial Reproduction to build a new home for us on Martha's Vineyard. The experience could not have been more positive, or gone more smoothly. We couldn't be happier. Despite the almost 3,000 miles between us, and this new construction, Norman and the team kept us informed with regular updates, photos, videos every step of the way. The project was completed under budget and they made extra effort to complete it months ahead of schedule which allowed us to enjoy our first summer in the house, instead of the scheduled Oct move-in. Through the process, we became and remain friends, and whenever an issue arises (though we've never had anything serious...they did a rock-solid job), Colonial is always an easy phone call away to fix any problems that come up. They're great people. They're great builders. And they are a pleasure to work with. We LOVE the house they built for us, and remain grateful to Colonial for creating our dream home.”

“Lou Lou's Decor, the interior design firm which designed this home, had the pleasure of working with Mike on this project. Mike's expert building skills transformed this home from ordinary to extraordinary! We work with very high end finishes and materials, and Mike was the perfect fit for the installation and construction. Mike is always thinking ahead, and provides great input to our designs from a construction standpoint. He is very dependable, always adhering to schedule and budget, completing his excellent work, on time and under budget that is! Since completing this complete redo of a master suite, powder room and master bathroom, Mike and I have collaborated on several other projects for my clients. He is my go-to resource for remodeling. I highly recommend bringing him on board for your next project!”
