They constructed a new addition for us that is handicap accessible (new sitting room, bathroom, dressing room and closet) and it is beautiful. They went the extra mile with so many things, like reinforced beams, extra insulation, etc. When we had a problem with the new toilet about 6 months after the renovation was completed, Mike's crew was here to solve the problem, which was a manufacturer's flaw. His workers were careful about heeling in bushes and other plants that I wanted to preserve which they had to dig up to pour a new foundation for the addition. They replanted them once construction was done and everything lived and is thriving. I could go on and on. My best recommendation is the number of times I have recommended Hazley Builders to friends, relatives and acquaintances.”

“Over the last three years McLennan Contracting has completed three major renovation projects for us. All exceeded our expectations, were on time, and within budget. The work, all of excellent quality, included creating an open concept kitchen and living room, a major family room renovation, and a small attached apartment refresh. In the open concept project, the scope included the design and construction of a custom glass/oak/and steel railing, removing an interior wall, rerouting electric and air conditioning, and building a custom island. The family room project included a complete new ceiling with pot lights, new drywall, new outlets and switches, refacing a dated brick fireplace and installing a new granite hearth, and the conversion of a hinged interior door to a sliding barn door. Work in the apartment included closing up an existing door opening and installing a pocket door, installing pot lights and celling fans, and installing an in-wall electric fireplace. We have been very pleased with the price, the execution, and the workmanship of McLennan Contracting. We recommend them without reservation.”

The owner of the company, Greg Fontaine, is experienced, knowledgeable, honest and reliable. Projects were always done on time and on budget and if for some reason, the schedule needs to change, Greg does an excellent job communicating the reasons. Before working with A&E, we hired many contractors over the years, and no one ever compared in terms of quality of work combined with reliability and trustworthiness. Another thing we've really appreciated about working with Greg is his ability to provide us with options and ideas if we needed to scale back on a project. Two of the larger projects Greg did for us were finishing our basement and building a poolhouse. Greg was very cognizant that we did not have an unlimited budget and worked with us to make sure we got the most for our money. Greg also does an excellent job hiring talented and reliable people that I am always comfortable having in my home. Additionally, they are very neat and always clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Lastly, and most importantly, Greg really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond what's expected to make sure they are 100% satisfied. I can't say enough good things about him and A&E!!
