“We have called on Cornerstone Remodeling over the last 13 years to do many renovation projects for us in two different homes. They have ranged from two kitchen and two full bathroom remodels, hardwood, luxury vinyl flooring and carpet installation, fireplace refacing, painting, composite deck building, garage insulation and drywalling and full lower level finishing including bedroom, bath and family room. Ken and John Dachs are excellent craftsmen and very easy to work with. They make very good suggestions to solve unique challenges that have come up during the remodeling processes and were with us every step of the way during our various projects. We always felt very comfortable that things would be completed in excellent fashion at an economical cost. Besides having confidence with the work done in our homes, we like and are comfortable with them on a personal level, which is equally important. We feel confident in the Dachs’ work and have referred many others to them, which I think is the highest praise we can give to Cornerstone Remodeling!”

On many occasions they went above and beyond our expectations, being 'on call' for many months and always coming through immediately in any situation. “Building our home with Rautmann Custom Homes (Chris Rautmann) was a wonderful experience. Communication was excellent. When I had a question or change I always got immediate feedback. All my concerns were addressed appropriately and all deadlines were met. We have built a home before but this was an excellent experience compared to first home building experience. The quality of our home is excellent. The knowledge and attitude Chris had made the building process easy. I would highly recommend Rautmann Custom Homes to anyone thinking of building.”

“We hired Kuber Construction for a Master Bathroom Suite addition. The project involved enclosing a second floor exposed porch, complete existing bathroom demo and rebuild from the floor up. Rough and finish carpentry, exterior enclosure, new roof line, plumbing, electrical, extensive Travertine Tile work and finish painting (cradle to grave). Eric and his team were flawless both in professionalism and craftsmanship. Kurber Construction will be on the job for our next project, he was on time and on budget..”

“I can't say enough good things about Perthel Homes. We have lived in 2 homes built by Perthel Homes. They did a custom build for our 2nd home with them. In addition to getting a home that was extremely well built and a good value for the money, what I liked the most were a few things. They were very transparent on their costs and expenses, and their customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. In order to accommodate our schedule, we had meetings and walkthroughs at all times of the day and night, as well as weekends. When resolving issues, nothing seemed to be a problem. Everything that that came up was dealt with quickly and fairly. My experience with them was just terrific. They made the daunting task of building a custom home a whole lot more manageable. We couldn't be happier.”
