“Ken was hired to design and construct a large three bay garage with ample open concept living space above. The project was rich with complexity regarding septic design, town approval, and orientation on the land. Ken met personally with all the trades needed and worked through weather and illness adversities to complete the project on time while keeping it thoughtfully updated along the way without a significant financial increase. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and communication; very folksy, yet quite knowledgeable. I would (and will) hire Build Rite construction again.”

“This is the third time we used MK Purvis Construction and this was by far the most challenging and biggest job. He had to secure a large variety of people to do complex heating/cooling systems, back up options in addition to the design of the house. The quality of his subcontractors is excellent. All hard working, good honest, highly skilled people. Would certainly recommend talking to Mark Purvis for your building needs. “Glen and Matt are the contractor/Builders you would wait in line for. Never have I had a better experience estimates are right on the money and Glen's honesty is never in question. Several times he was able to pass on materials savings to us, and the quality of workmanship--perfection! Matt and Glen maintain the highest level of professionalism in their personal conduct. I would trust them with my house and all of my belonging without a care--they are as trustworthy as it gets. “Hi Paul!! It’s Sandy Sites!!! Hi!!! I hired Paul to restore my old house in Auburn, Maine. OMG, he was AWEy!!! He showed up on time, he did professional, quality +++++ work, and he even went to court for me to testify about the previous contractor’s shoddy work that made my roof leak!!! He was easy to work with, provided emergency service the time I needed it, annd was very easy to work with in my home.
