“A relatable guy who listens, cares what you want to accomplish, offers options, truthful in cost production for your desires, and will show you different work projects he has done. His family owned organization is extremely courteous and will work to get things done with your schedule. I cant say enough about this contractor except personal testimony for all the different projects his crew has done for my house. Highly recommend his company to everyone who lets me know they have a construction or remodeling project.”

“Generation homes has done a bathroom/bedroom remodel as well as a recent kitchen/bath remodel in my home. They are wonderful to work with and have kept the completion of both projects on time!! There is an on-site contractor who monitors all work being done. Both the work ethic and friendliness of their subcontractors are awesome. The quality of work is outstanding and they make sure everything is done correctly. They provide a design coordinator, Mary-Jo, who helps you to make the many important decisions regarding, design , colors, fixtures etc...that are necessary when going through a remodeling process. She is very helpful, has a creative eye and is your biggest cheerleader through the entire event. I would highly recommend Generation Homes for either a remodel or a new construction project !!”

“Chad built a pantry in my kitchen since it was built without one. After he reinstalled the trim and crown molding, you couldn't even tell that this was an addition - it looks just like it was built with the house! Project was completed within timeline, and exactly within estimated budget. I'm already talking with him about my next project - a sunroom addition to the house!! Can't wait!”

“We had our new home built by GJ Gardner and we love it! The company is very friendly and professional. From Alex cellabos, the buyers agent to Cathy Moreno, the sellers agent to Malcom Dutch, owner/contractor. Everyone was quick to respond to questions and make us feel important. With their many options we felt that we had endless options when building our home. The quality of our home was exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend them when your looking to build your dream home! Grateful to have had them during this process as it was our first time building, and they made it a great experience!”

“The staff was always willing to work with us on unexpected issues that arose. At 6 months and a year after move in a complete warrenty walk-through was done by our service rep. They were always quick to respond to problems that arose during the year which couldn't wait for the next walk-through. On multiple occaustions Owner Corbyn Raven stopped by a visited a few minutes to ensure we were satisfied with our new custom home.”

“We had restoration work done due to water damage. I handle the insurance claim myself and contracted Royal Housing for the work. They provided an accurate quote that was immediately accepted by the insurance company with no issues. The contractor was easy to work with, and there was no problem adding a few additional items to the scope of work. The finish product looks very good and the quality of craftsmanship and materials are also very good. Most importantly, the cost for the job was fair and they completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was a very good experience.”
