“The best contractor we have ever worked with. He and his team gave us multiple options on how to proceed with what we wanted to do with our home. They gave us their professional opinion on how best to proceed in order to ensure that the renovation will be complete properly and professionally without worrying for any problem down the road. Everything was finished exactly the way we wanted and at an amazing price. You truly pay for what you get with Joe and his team. Never once did we doubt their service and would happily recommend them to anyone of our friends or even new customers looking to renovate their homes or more.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

“We engaged Battiston Construction to extensively renovate our entire 2000 square foot condo and are very pleased with the result. Where changes had to be made along the way, the rationale was explained to us. And when we wanted to make changes, these were accommodated when possible. Most of the workers were professional and kept things relatively tidy as they worked (we were not living in the condo except toward the end of the renovation). Luciano Battiston is very knowledgable and made helpful suggestions and creatively solved problems as they arose. His standards are high and he wants the result to be first rate, which it is. In addition, the job was completed as per the quote. However, the timeline ran a bit longer than expected and by the time the finishing touches were required his crew had moved on to another job and it became frustrating getting the final things completed. That said, as minor things have arisen since completion of the job, Luciano has been quick to come by or to send one of his crew to address them and we have very much appreciated the continuing attention he has given us. Renovations are often stressful and full of frustrations (and we had our share), but our experience with Battiston was mostly very positive. We would certainly use Battiston again and highly recommend this company.”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“Chris from Velusina was patient with me and my requests. He worked with my idea's for what the kitchen would look like and added his own touches that I didn't realize wouldn't work. The Velusina crew were always on time and professional. Right now I'm just saving up so that I can get Velusina back to work on the rest of my home because the rest of the house looks incomplete. “We are really happy with the basement renovation. Prior to the renovation, the basement was just used for storage. Now we have a washroom, play area, exercise area, entertainment area, and pantry. We chose Ko’s because the basement is really large and they were able to provide designs to make best use of the space and provide excellent drawings to help us visualize. They came in on time and on budget and kept everything clean. We’ve recommended them to other friends as well and our friends have been happy with their work!”

“As a design professional, it's critical that I work with Trades who can execute my plans successfully and treat my clients and their homes with care and respect.
