He had excellent references, great communication skills, he is professional and easy to talk with. He has good listening skills and responsive to my requests or changes. His budgets are realistic, and change orders are transparent and timely. He provides design guidance, but listens carefully to owner design choices. Things always hit glitches, but I did not worry about them. They always got resolved. If you want a cheap contractor to do things without permits, look elsewhere. If you are looking for availability in a top of the line contractor, I would check Throne Builders out.”
