“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. “Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“Anthony did wonderful work, was honest and fair in his dealings, and finished the addition exactly to our liking. If things went wrong, he fixed them and let us know, absorbing costs along the way. He responded to our comments and communicated with us often and effectively. The timeline for the project was much longer than any of us anticipated, partly due to unforeseen issues and partly due to scheduling. In the end, we are very happy with the project and would recommend Left Coast Builders and would hire them again.”

“We wanted to remodel part of our basement and had several contractors come out to provide a bid. We ended up going with Christensen Contractors, Inc because of their professionalism, the options they provided us and the price the quoted was very reasonable. Throughout the process we had constant communication with Don the owner. He was always courteous and available. The crew that did the work were also professional and did an excellent job.
