“I had 2 bathrooms remodeled in October 2017. The contractor was professional and carried out the work well. Kris was project manager at that time who supervised the project and communicated well throughout. I proceeded with a change order to include painting and tiling of the master bedroom to match the bathroom. Rafael Inc was the company who secured my business again when I was needing my kitchen & living room to be updated. From the design( thank you Sandra), to the contractor & new project manager I now have a beautiful kitchen/ living room. Is the final product perfect & flawless? - of course not, but given the scope of the project I am happy with the outcome. Minor "glitches" which popped up after the contractors had long gone were dealt with efficiently. Thank you all at Rafael Inc. **. “Craig is a consummate professional who remodeled a master bathroom for me. With a family background in remodeling/construction I was very explicit about how I wanted the bathroom completed. I had initially asked Craig for 5 of his most recent project owners and after calling all of them, I knew I had selected the right man for the job. Since I was living in the home at the time, Craig and his experienced crew took the necessary precautions to protect the carpets and furniture during the entire process which involved tearing up the existing bathroom concrete floor/walls to reposition the fixtures. Every part of the project was executed exactly as I expected with each crew member being a "perfectionist" in his own right. His tile crew, (father/son) was flawless in laying the new shower floor, wall tiles and borders, a job of "perfection" which I am happy to show to any of his prospective clients. Craig exceeded my expectations and I would trust this group of men in my home anytime. I would hire Craig for any other project in my home in a heartbeat!"”

“Frank and his staff from Finial are wonderful! Frank designed and built our dream home. He listened and planned with us for months and incorporated every detail we wanted. Frank thought of many things we would not have. The result is beautiful exquisite and we could not be more happy. Frank and his team were wonderful throughout the building process. “I've used BRI twice in the past 4 years. The scope of the work included removing all of the original cypress lap siding and then re-siding our entire house with Hardee. BRI also prepared and repainted all surfaces. We found the office staff to be very accommodating and the carpenters and painters who worked on the house very courteous and skilled. The jobs turned out really well and there were no call backs needed. We are glad to recommend BRI...this company's name was originally given to us by a well known builder in our area and we know of other builders that they have worked with and who also speak very highly of them.”
