“Highly recommend! You won't find anyone more detailed and meticulous in the construction industry than Justin. He built my home for me 5 years ago and I was working out of state at the time and he kept me in the loop on everything in a very timely manner. I was nervous about not being able to around everyday to see the home going up and making important decisions but I had so much trust in Justin and he made it a breeze even from 10 hours away. If you want great service, great quality and attention to detail definitely hire Shoemaker Construction.”

“Fredrickson project - we are so happy with how our remodeling project turned out and thoroughly enjoyed working with Steve and Jordan. They were new to Sioux Falls market but worked so well with us as well as our cabinet & flooring company's used in the project. They will do great in this community. Steve had great ideas for new kitchen layout plus options to make our front door/entrance really pop! High ratings for 3D Construction!!!”

“Deffenbaugh Homes is the general contractor I am using to build a new home. They have been extremely helpful and creative in the process, they ask my opinions and want my input. They have helped me from the initial lot selection, design of the home to take advantage of various aspects of the lot, and guided me in selection of finishes and appliances. They use only the best sub-contractors and demand quality in all aspects of the work from their sub-contractors. They communicate with me on a weekly basis to keep be abreast of the progress. They have given me time to make selections of finishes and offer various options. I am kept informed about budget and any deviations from it, as well as the reason for any deviation. They have been very professional with extensive knowledge and expertise in the home building industry. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone interested in building a new home.”

“My husband and I have had the daunting task of deciding to remodel his childhood home on their family farm. We interviewed several Contractors and after visiting with Aaron we knew we found our team. His over-all ability to hear what we wanted and to come up with workable options is a breath of fresh air. It is easy to go over plans, ideas and changes without Aaron. Aaron has a great crew of men who have had to totally gut our home from stem to stern. They have been a delight to work with and all very polite and easy to work with. Over-all their attention to detail, genuine concern and willingness to turn our home into our dream has made this total remodel project exciting. Our dream home will be completed in September 2014.”
