“We wanted to share our appreciation for the wonderful job that Brown-Wegher Construction did on our home from start to finish. Building a house was never on our bucket list but the process went quite well thanks to the planning and assistance from their staff and project foreman. It was nice to have some design alternatives to view on line, but even better when we were able to tweak things in the design to our preferences, such as expanding the laundry room or eating area and shifting some doors. It also helped to have the showroom and designer to help get some of the finishes selected without a lot of leg work. One thing that we really appreciated was having the timeline and due date for each decision point in the construction process so that we knew what things to look into first and when we HAD to decide by. The project foreman, Dan Feste, helped tremendously in coordinating with subcontractors and making minor adjustments that we came up with during the build. The crew kept things quite clean and orderly during the construction process. Even the billing process was simplified by having bills processed through Brown-Wegher and for us simply having the progress billings from them. I know it won’t happen every time, but due to good weather and persistence to keep on track we were actually able to move in two weeks ahead of schedule! All in all they were great to work with and we are very pleased with our new home.”

Took the whole fireplace out and built a stone wall, put in granite tiles for the kitchen counters for a fraction of the cost of whole granite countertops. Stripped, stained and varnished the wood floors, built a deck and painted the outside of the house.”

The best part is we didn't have to shut down or stop business while it was going on which made it so we could stay on track with our jobs. For the wallpaper we had a picture of our building from the past enlarged, put on wallpaper, and then installed by BlankenshipMeier. It is now the highlight of our office and the first thing you see when you walk in. You can't even tell it is wallpaper because it is just seamless. We could not be more proud to show off our remodeled office.”
