“Chris and his team are amazing. Communication, honesty and transparency is second to none - compared to the other local well renowned Brisbane builders (the ones all over facebook and instagram) Chris was a breath of fresh air. Chris has worked extremely hard with us to realise and deliver our ambitious and challenging (oversized!) project in Clayfield. Right in the thick of unprecedented increasing material prices, rising interest rates and availability of labour and materials - Chris has been in the trenches with us, helping us navigate this volatile time in the construction industry, working closely with us to look at options where we can save money. Chris is a problem solver, always positive and has been resilient, a rock for us, in the face of what have been some very adverse and unique situations. We have been so happy and impressed with Chris and his team on our $1m+ project - their professionalism, workmanship, quality of work and work rate is phenomenal. Although our project is not yet finished, we have no doubt that it will meet (and no doubt) exceed our expectations and make reality what we have been dreaming about for the past 6 years. “Dan and Lee were excellent (again) when we did a major bedroom/bathroom renovation for 2 rooms. Right from the planning and discussion of ideas, through to choosing finishes, tiles etc they were more than helpful. Between them, Dan & Lee (and their team) had all the knowledge and skills required to address every aspect of the job, including communicating really well with us. It was such a relief knowing that we were in great hands - we trusted them (we had engaged A Rolley and Sons previously) and knew they would listen to us and do a fabulous job. “We interviewed 5 companies and requested full quotes from 3 to do our family home addition (3 bedrooms, lounge room, bathroom, kitchenette, Laundry and carport). From those we chose Sonic Construction to do the work and could not have been happier with the entire experience. We have done 8 projects over the years in NSW ranging from renovations to complete house builds and this has been by far the easiest one! We moved from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast where we did not know anyone, and so had to chose based on the quote and the interaction we had with each company before hand. We did not have complete architects plans for Todd, owner of Sonic Construction, to work with, which meant that the project needed someone who could communicate effectively and honestly with us - which he did. He is passionate about the work he does and is dedicated to producing something that both the client and he are happy with. He managed many difficult aspects of our build with patience, creativity and effective solutions to the challenges! He was at all times professional with a vast amount of building knowledge. The quality of work is excellent and he met all deadlines and worked within the budget. When doing a job like this you need someone who can talk easily and openly with, who is honest and does a great job. We got this and much more from Todd and Sonic Construction.”
