“Master Bathroom Remodel - Replacement of shower with plumbing fixtures, wall finishes and flooring. Premier Remodeling took charge of the project and coordinated 7 different trades with virtually no disruption to the household. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The original estimate was a budget for the project - the final billing provided a list of the billings from each trades, supply purchases from each vendor as well as Premier's time and mark up. The process was seamless and easy to understand. Changes made during construction turned into simple decisions in large part due to Premier Remodeling & Design's experience and knowledge. I would recommend this contractor to anyone considering a remodel and I plan on using them for future remodels.”

“I wanted to do a small remodel on my guest bath by removing the tub and creating a nice walk in shower with luxury amenities. Fackler had previously done a number of small handy man type work for me and I had no hesitancy asking them to do a larger project. My next project will be with Fackler too. They were on time, the work was professional, the Fackler employees were exemplary. All in all a very good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your projects small or large.”

“Jeff Bergby is building our new home. It is a 2,000+ sq. ft. one story home. It will be complete in Jan. 2013. Jeff is very experienced and builds quality homes. He has a consistently positive, up-beat attitude on and off the job site. He has had several homes win in "tour of homes" in our area. Jeff has been very easy to work with, making suggestions but always letting us make the final decision. Jeff works hard to stay in budget and meet deadlines to the best of his ability. He's never pushy nor has a know-it-all attitude. The sub-contractors are very professional, also, and have done excellent work. I would highly recommend Jeff Bergby for constructing a new or remodeling an existing home.”

“I highly recommend Talan Warden Construction. I have a few little houses that are desperately in need of some updating, but can only be done when the house is empty, which means lots of little jobs, infrequently. I know Talan is always busy with big jobs, but he does his best to squeeze my little jobs into his schedule. He does a great job making my projects seem important to him, and the craftsmanship is top notch. My houses are OLD, but Talan and his crew are good about letting me keep the character, without losing the integrity of the renovations.
