“Hoying and Hoying Builders were amazing to work with! They were very helpful in designing our basement to be exactly what my husband and I wanted. “I want to recommend Sidener Construction Co. for anyone looking for A1 construction. I am most impressed that he uses the highest quality of material, he works directly with the sales rep for these Corporations, thus cutting out the middle man. He aims to keep the cost down while still doing quality work. His work is taking him to a 50 mile radius just by word of mouth and the satisfaction he has given. He is very friendly and professional. I would be quite free to recommend him for any job that is needed to be done.”

“Best contractor I have ever hired! We hired them as a general contractor to build a house. They came in right on budget and right on time. Their subcontractors were very good and they all worked well together. Their main goal was to build "Our" house, not a house they thought we should have. the only problem we had they took care of. They called us and said the cover over the driveway was removed and the cement did not cure right in the cold Ohio winter and they would take care of it. The entire driveway was removed and redone timely and efficiently. We didn't have to ask for it to be done, they just took care of it. They were knowledgeable of building codes and had great ideas on how to save money and different options for us to consider. We've lived here a year and the only thing they had to come back and do was adjust a sticky door.”

This company along with Troy 84 Lumber Company donated a new front door and free installation!! Our house needs a lot of care and they have even provided some roofing repairs at no cost to us!
