He was prompt and professional and gave me an upfront price as well as estimated amount of time it was going to take to complete. Of all the bids I received, Bruce was the only one who was willing to take on the scope of my project and turn it into a completed dream. Not only was he able to work within my budget, he did a fantastic job scheduling to complete the job. Quality of work is amazing and my wife and I couldn't be happier. “Schneider Construction did a great job as general contractor and on construction services on our full main floor remodel. Brad and Mike were open to our ideas in design and introduced us to some other contractors for various needs like tile removal, floor installation, painting, glass tile work and doors. Our kitchen is contemporary but has a warm feel of home! Opening walls and stairways gave new life to a 30 year old home. It's now a wonderful gathering space for all our family and friends. Schneider's knowledge and experience was invaluable throughout the project. Houzz served as our inspiration points in several areas and Brad was able to interpret those to be a good fit and match for our us. They are a good Company and will do a good job in any construction or remodel. Our project began in May and finished in July. Now we can really enjoy the house and we love entertaining.”

“Up until now the words "boutique builder" didn't mean a whole lot to me. I'm used to the Big Boy Builders (cookie cutters). When I met Shauna and Derek Rose my whole outlook on new construction changed! I had clients moving here from out of state and they are VERY SPECIAL people and they deserved the absolute best and I knew a cookie-cutter builder was not going to work for them! I was fortunate enough to have Rose Homes fall into my lap. The communication between all parties was amazing. There was no such thing as the "Seller", "Buyer", "Agent", "Builder", it was a team. They took every vision that was in my buyer's head and made it come to LIFE! Even when it was on a whim. I couldn't ask for a better experience. “We used this company for a bathroom remodel . the job was completed in a timely manner and the result is a beautiful master bath! We removed a tub and converted the area to a beautifully tiled shower with glass doors. We are happy to show off our beautiful bath to anyone who visits! We had a small problem with the glass shower doors not staying closed. We called Nick and he was here adjusting the doors within 48 hrs. We are very happy customers and will call on him in the future!”

“Tom and his associates recently finished a major remodel of our home. We had the kitchen expanded with walls removed, a new hardwood floor throughout the first level as well as a new bathroom and renovated fireplace in the former family room which is now part of the kitchen. It was an extensive redo. He was professional, knowledgable, highly skilled and a caring professional in every respect. The quality of the workmanship is without peer. “Dennis redid my master bathroom in my historic home in St. Louis city. Working with Dennis was fantastic--I had so many ideas and he helped me to focus them into a distinct and perfect space for relaxing and recharging! Check out the pics of "Organic Master Bathroom" on the Modern Atmospheres page to see the final product. Despite all of the crazy challenges working with the bones of an old house, Dennis and team moved forward and I have confidence in the quality and craftsmanship that went into their work.
