“We have used Four Elements for 2 renovation projects now at 2 different homes and would certainly recommend the company for small to large projects. The first was a basement finishing project in 2014 - we started with an unfinished basement and roughed in plumbing in a 2003 home with Four Elements coordinating all trades to frame/drywall/paint/carpentry/electrical/plumbing/installation of carpet and tile. Our project was estimated to take 3 months and was completed within that time frame. We were minimally above budget (I believe it was a couple thousand on 30+) and was in part due to changes that we made as the project went along. The finishing quality was excellent and we were very happy with the completed space (family room, bathroom and small laundry room). Peter (owner) made several excellent recommendations along the way such as the type of lighting to use and was responsive to our comments/suggestions throughout the build. Our second project has just recently concluded and was significantly more complex as it was upgrades/renos throughout a 1960's home on all levels. We installed new exterior doors/window, moved a wall, created a pass thru, painted, installed new flooring, countertops, lighting in the basement, insulation, electrical, and furnace upgrades to name a few. Again, this project was completed on time and very close to our original budget (48+) and was completed within the 2 month time frame Peter estimated. We are very happy with the end results and did not consider using anyone other than Peter and Four Elements for this project based on how well our first experience went.”

“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“We hired Ken to install a barn door in our older townhouse. He came on very short notice, and worked around several challenges due to the age of the home. He's very pleasant to talk to, accommodated changes in plans, and always found a way to "make it work" even though the materials we bought were not ideal. When he was done, we asked him to install a couple of light fixtures, which he did quickly, solving minor problems as they arose. I'm sure we'll use his services again.”

“Brad and his team from Bengel did amazing work on our new home construction. Brad was always keeping us up to date on what was happening and throughout the project we asked him to make some minor changes which were never a problem. I was also very impressed with his follow up on any warranty issues that needed fixing. These items (which were very few) were completed in a timely manner.”

“Clotek Construction. ""Very Important"" I found Carl to be trustworthy throughout his entire time on our renovation. The renovations on our old home started with a couple projects, but then we ran into some unforseen problems and we were very impressed with Carl's wide range of skills and knowledge and also his willingness to adjust his schedule to complete the project. No job was ever too small or too dirty for him to do, as he was always more than willing to attack any challenge that arose. We were very impressed with Carl's attention to detail and commitment to do the job right and not just rush through the job just to get it done. Our renovation required expertise in flooring, roofing, electrical, plumbing, finishing work, etc....and Carl was able to perform all of these tasks without issue. This saved us a lot of time and money as we didn't have to call other Trades people to do some of these jobs. We could tell that Carl takes pride in his work which leads to top quality workmanship. “Mark and Merle built our dream house last year. From excavation until the move in date it has been nothing but a positive experience. Merle has great design and building knowledge and was able to build the house we wanted. Mark was one of the leads on the building site and we appreciated his attention to detail. One of the things that my husband and I appreciated most was that the contractors made sure we were up to date on all aspects of the build and never assumed they knew what we wanted. If there was a question about any of the details they made sure to ask us so that every detail was to our specifications. We are extremely happy in our new home and are so thankful we chose Echo Ridge as our builder.”
