“After interviewing a number of builders for my custom designed home, I selected Curtis Graff of Graf Custom Construction. My decision to do so was based on extensive research into the type of home I had designed and their familiarity with the newest technology. Throughout the project planning, Curtis Graf invested significant time in helping me evaluate the variety of solutions for HVAC, insulation, windows, foundation and other critical components of the available material and construction techniques. I had consulted with other builders that were not interested or willing to discuss these options with me, and basically told me how they planned to build my home, and didn't seem too concerned in what I wanted to purchase. The Graf crew are remarkable. Many of folks working on my home were direct employees and not subcontractors. Curtis Graf was usually on site and got his hands dirty. I had spoken to some builders who never do any work themselves, and I believe that Graf has the right approach. In conclusion, I am delighted with the quality of the home I received and the consideration and attitude of the entire team. They are very responsive to minor issues, even after being paid! I would do some things differently if I were ever to build another home, but would definitely hire this company.”

“Our rental property sustained roof damage during high winds and rain earlier this month exposing the wood roof above an occupied townhome. A call was made to Holmes Build when the damage was discovered the next evening. The owner was at the property within an hour to assess the roof damage and securely tarp the exposed areas as more rain and wind was expected that evening. The repair and replacement of shingles was completed efficiently by 2 professionals with minimal disturbance to residents in the building and all damaged material was bagged and hauled away. “Beck Renovate and Remodel designed and completed a major project in our new home. A 1700 square foot unfinished basement and outdoor space was converted into the perfect entertaining space for family and friends. The project included a bedroom, bathroom, large fully equipped wet bar, media room, storage closet, deck, and patio with fire pit. “This is my first time using Fifthroom and I was very pleased with the service I received. After I put in my order the service rep called me back to tell me the chest would not make it in time for Christmas. I knew it wouldn't be possible to get it to its destination before Christmas because I ordered it so late, but I appreciated the call. The rep was very polite, courteous and friendly. I just checked with the recipient, my niece, and she said she received it in good order (even more the estimated time of delivery). I will definitely use your company again.”
