“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. “2nd time around with Sosna and their team. Current project was 3 bathroom renovations but because of time restrictions we decided on completing main bathroom now and deferring 2 remaining bathrooms until a latter date. Project was for complete renovation including new fixtures and painting. Project started and finished when indicated. Workmanship, again, was perfect. They stuck to timeframe were amazing with all our questions along the way. Project turned out amazing, time commitments met. Can't wait to complete other 2 bathrooms.”

“We have had several projects completed by DMJ . We re-insulated our attic, replaced several windows, upgraded our kitchen and had a septic holding tank replaced just to name a few. Dave and his crew are honest and trustworthy. DMJ workmanship met all of our expectations and in some cases surpassed them. It is evident that his passion for what he does shines through in his pride of workmanship. The only downside is his availability..... because he is in high demand. Definitely worth waiting for.”
