“After interviewing a number of builders for my custom designed home, I selected Curtis Graff of Graf Custom Construction. My decision to do so was based on extensive research into the type of home I had designed and their familiarity with the newest technology. Throughout the project planning, Curtis Graf invested significant time in helping me evaluate the variety of solutions for HVAC, insulation, windows, foundation and other critical components of the available material and construction techniques. I had consulted with other builders that were not interested or willing to discuss these options with me, and basically told me how they planned to build my home, and didn't seem too concerned in what I wanted to purchase. “Our rental property sustained roof damage during high winds and rain earlier this month exposing the wood roof above an occupied townhome. A call was made to Holmes Build when the damage was discovered the next evening. The owner was at the property within an hour to assess the roof damage and securely tarp the exposed areas as more rain and wind was expected that evening. The repair and replacement of shingles was completed efficiently by 2 professionals with minimal disturbance to residents in the building and all damaged material was bagged and hauled away.
