“Matt completed a whole main floor and lower level remodel, home addition, exterior stucco removal replacing with shake siding, new outdoor living space and remodel of pool house. This project was a huge undertaking while my family occupied the house during the majority of the project. From the beginning Matt provided insight to functional design, space planning, strategy, and building materials. As a general contractor he himself worked on specific elements of the project that matched with his personal construction skills and then hired trained professional craftsman for other elements of the project. It was clear that this crew had worked together for years as tradesmen. I knew Matt had other clients/projects to contend with in addition to ours, that said, I was treated as if I was his only client.
