“Sonrise Construction designed and added a 1500 square foot, two-story addition to our existing 2200 square foot Arts and Crafts style home. The original structure was built in 1923, and one of our major objectives was to match the new construction to the old part of the house. Both inside and out, Sonrise exceeded our expectations with their ability to blend old and new. Windows, doors, sidings and trims were all sourced and matched to the original materials. Also as part of our project, Sonrise re-roofed our entire home and retrofit central air conditioning into the original section of our house. The sub-contractors under them were top notch, and everyone was very adaptable to changes that we wanted or needed to make during the construction process. We had heard good things about Sonrise prior to working with them, and we were not disappointed.”

“We contacted Stover Home Services based on some previous projects in the area, and others recommendations. From the initial meeting to the final cleanup and turnover, Kori and Eric were nothing but professional, courteous, reliable and had great communication ! The set the initial expectations for the project in the first meeting, and they carried them through the design and installation phases. “We had NME finish our basement, about 1000 square feet. They literally built it from nothing as it was just concrete and studs. We had them build a full bathroom, large guest/office room, kitchenette, and a common living space. Noor was ALWAYS very responsive to our calls, emails, and texts and was helpful to answer any questions we had and mindful of us trying to stay in our budget, making adjustments when needed. The finished product was a beautiful, comfortable living space conducive to our family's needs. We have three young kids and this space definitely maximizes the functionality of our home. “We hired Gemini to complete some major remodeling in the upstairs of our split level - bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. They combined 2 small bedrooms into a large master bedroom with walk-in closet - moving doors and closets in the hall and other bedroom. They combined 2 small bathrooms in to one large bathroom with updated features. They demolished a defined three room living, dining, and kitchen into a large open area with support beams in the ceiling to hold the load. New open kitchen area is unbelievable - cabinet design and layout, granite countertops, and tile floor combination is warm, classy, and beautiful. Gemini did a good job dealing with all our changes through the project. They were friendly, professional and always cleaned up after themselves. Excellent quality and good people to work with.”

While the house was being built, they were either doing the work or inspecting the work of others to ensure the quality desired. Any repair work was quickly completed.
