“We hired Robbins Construction on two separate occasions. The house we purchased is older and not well taken care of by previous owners. We needed foundation support and entire floors rebuilt in half of our house, including both bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. These were big projects and Steve was happy and willing to give me an estimate months before so that we could save enough. Each job took less than a week. We had the same crew for each time, which is great! We got to know the guys very well and knew they were familiar with our house and the work it needed. Robbins Construction is trustworthy, relaible and honest! We have a few more things to do to our house in the future and we would not trust anyone else to work on our house and any future home projects if we ever move. Steve has also been able to recommend other service providers when we have needed an electrician and a new hvac tech when ours failed to do a reliable job. I can always count on Robbins Construction!”

“Extremely professional, thorough and even good follow up to make sure everything still OK after replacing a faucet and a showerhead and repairing a water heater. Also fixed a wall that had water damage & it looks like new. Will have them back to replace weather-stripping and paint the garage door. Just referred them to a friend and I rarely do that. Very impressed with pricing and honesty. You got it...they can fix it!”

“I've used Josh and his crew on many projects over the years. On each job he helped me see that the materials, and the procedures he was going to follow, would result in top quality job. During those discussions we compared what his job would be, to maybe a low end job from a low bidder. I felt much better knowing the difference and how he was not recommending the cheapest approach. I realize that some homeowners are driven by the cheapest bid, but that's not what I want for my house! He doesn't even offer to do a cheap job. As a business person, I've learned that a quality job can't be from the lowest bid- it just doesn't work that way. Josh takes pride in the finished product, which is exactly the way I view the work I do.”

“This summer was the 3rd time we have used Four State Homes for remodeling projects. As always, they were professional in every way, from the beginning to the end of the project. There were very few problems, and when problems came up, they were handled promptly. The cost of our project came in below the estimate, even with a few little additions and surprises along the way. For example, when the old fiberglass shower unit was removed, we discovered 12" of unused space behind it. In a small shower enclosure, that's a lot of extra space! We were able to move the plumbing back an extra 12" and order the extra tile needed for custom tile work in the now-larger space. A second example, regarding the quality of workers: the sunroom and deck were running behind schedule, but on two consecutive nights a workman arrived at 5 p.m. and worked until well after dark to finish the deck. He even cleaned up the debris in the yard (this was at 10 PM) and we were not charged for any overtime on this project. This summer's project included adding a sunroom and deck and remodeling 2 bathrooms. The pictures do not do justice to the quality of the work. We are very happy with the results!”
