“I hired Steve and Jeffrey out of 7 contractors that I had interviewed. I chose them because they were personable, knowledgeable, had good energy, and listened to what I was asking to be done. I have an older home and wanted an update and changes made without taking away from some of the unique characteristics that I fell in love with in the first place. Steve and Jeffrey offered suggestions and worked with all of the issues we came across in a professional manner. When issues did arise, they were quick to resolve them. They were very fair when it came to the cost of any additional, unforeseen work. In addition, the crew that worked on my home were great. I never felt uncomfortable when they were in my home and I always trusted them to be in my home when I couldn't be there.”

“Over this past summer, we contracted Rapid Restoration & Construction to do some home renovations for us. This included the installation of new LVT flooring planks over our existing tile, the replacement of new baseboards, updating our outdated oak & carpet staircase, a new shower installation and the painting of cabinets and doors. We are very pleased with the job Rapid Restoration has done and have received many compliments on the updated home renovations. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, however, the job took a little longer than initially anticipated, but the owner, Dave, was dedicated to getting everything completed within our designated time frame. Dave and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do some home renovations and/or remodel.”

“Austin was absolutely amazing to work with! We had an issue with our water pressure reducing valve that caused all our pipes to hum along with a leaky shower head faucet. He got us in the schedule quickly and finished all the work within a day! No more humming walls and leaky shower- woohoo! He’s extremely detailed in his work and very professional. I highly recommend using Austin on your next renovation project!”

Jamie is a highly respected professional I have seen his results building million dollar homes and on $100,000 renovations. He approaches every job as though he were building for himself. “Dan from Nu Wavz Homes builds custom homes, but he also does remodels and other various things around the home. We hired Dan to build us a custom "in wall" entertainment center where there was a big hole. What an amazing design and job he did. He listened to us, he was very quick and clean with his work and his workers listened to me and my wife and did EXACTLY what we wanted. He also converted a wine rack into a plate rack for us. We don't drink any wine so it wasn't needed. You would never know that it didn't come built in like that. I will hire Dan again hands down. If you are looking for a custom home builder, or someone to just do remodels around the house - HIRE DAN!”

“Best construction project we have ever been involved in, and there have been many. We replaced the floors through out the house (wood) , complete kitchen remodel, paint, replaced toilets, etc. Most of the project was conducted while we were in Maine, home in Arizona. Astrid and Janet were involved in the design and communication/coordination throughout the project. They were great. Project came in on budget, on time and quality was fabulous. Subcontractors were of the highest quality, easy to work with, treated our house like it was their own. Joe was involved and always available if needed. Maybe 5 items on the final punch list.”
