“My husband and I hired Vincent to renovate our 108-year-old house. The project was very involved. We tore the original structure down to the studs and flooring, took off part of the house, and added back a kitchen, family room, amd master bedroom/bathroom suite. Vincent and Lydia worked with us every step of the way, helping us to make choices and guiding us along. Vincent is honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. “If you demand superior quality craftsmanship and care to detail for your home project, then Mike Harvey is your contractor of choice. The total custom “makeover” of our home on Carters Creek was complex and very extensive. Opening-up a 1970’s design home involved removal of walls, relocation/installation of a country kitchen and vaulted creek room among many other improvements. Mr. Harvey was extremely responsive to the numerous challenges of renovations and changes throughout our project. His ability to supervise sub-contractors was very important to keep our project on schedule. We are happy to share our wonderful experience, as are the other eight neighbors in our community where Mr. Harvey has also completed home projects.”

“Our HOA hired the most professional team to do some work on our Community Center. Of three companies contacted for estimates, the Krause team answered quickest. They were able to come out within the same week and gave us an estimate. There were problems getting some special order parts to the repair and I was especially pleased that this company kept me in the loop at all times as to the delays. When the parts came in, the repairs were made immediately and they were done very well. The estimate held true and the work was done well. The office personnel were wonderful and friendly. I so enjoyed working with everyone. So much so that I have them coming to my own home next week to give me estimates on some much needed work under my own roof. “Reshaped subfloor and installed 1/2" wood flooring in about 60% of the house. Very close attention to detail. Wired and installed microwave/oven fan (with exhaust) above electric stove. Painted interior ceiling and exterior trim. Reconfigured handrails for entire front porch. Repaired one 8" by 8" support beam front porch. Mr. White is a consummate professional building contractor. Knowledgeable, skillful, honest, trustworthy, timely and well respected.”
