“Sonrise Construction designed and added a 1500 square foot, two-story addition to our existing 2200 square foot Arts and Crafts style home. The original structure was built in 1923, and one of our major objectives was to match the new construction to the old part of the house. Both inside and out, Sonrise exceeded our expectations with their ability to blend old and new. Windows, doors, sidings and trims were all sourced and matched to the original materials. Also as part of our project, Sonrise re-roofed our entire home and retrofit central air conditioning into the original section of our house. The sub-contractors under them were top notch, and everyone was very adaptable to changes that we wanted or needed to make during the construction process. We had heard good things about Sonrise prior to working with them, and we were not disappointed.”

“We hired Gemini to complete some major remodeling in the upstairs of our split level - bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. They combined 2 small bedrooms into a large master bedroom with walk-in closet - moving doors and closets in the hall and other bedroom. They combined 2 small bathrooms in to one large bathroom with updated features. They demolished a defined three room living, dining, and kitchen into a large open area with support beams in the ceiling to hold the load. New open kitchen area is unbelievable - cabinet design and layout, granite countertops, and tile floor combination is warm, classy, and beautiful. Gemini did a good job dealing with all our changes through the project. They were friendly, professional and always cleaned up after themselves. Excellent quality and good people to work with.”

While the house was being built, they were either doing the work or inspecting the work of others to ensure the quality desired. Any repair work was quickly completed. “I hired Andy and his crew from Epic to remodel the main bathroom in my house. They had to take the room down to the studs and numerous issues were found. They went above and beyond what the initial plan had been, even putting a new floor joist in through the outside of the house. All the workers were friendly, timely and professional and did an excellent job. The finished bathroom was beautifl and I plan on using Epic for all my upcoming remodeling projects”
