“Gary remodeled our screened in porch. He wrapped the old cedar supports in vinyl, replaced the screens with Ezy- breeze screens and windows, built a deck and stairs. “We purchased a home built by Martin Combs in North Liberty and we love it. It has a very efficient layout and it's not a "cookie cutter" type of house. We also appreciate that they used quality products to build the home. You can tell they care about their work. And after the purchase we had their direct number in case anything came up, which unfortunately something did: the city forgot to remove the cap on the sewage line. Martin Combs was not at fault but they still took care of everything and worked with the city to get it corrected. I highly recommend these guys!”

“I was attempting to reroof my 1920 rental property with shingles. I was shocked when tearing off the precious shingles to see that there were three layers of shingles still on and the last set being cedar with no osb board. I was in trouble. I couldn't get any roofers to come out and help quickly. A friend told me about Lammers construction and I called them up, told them about my situation and that I was in way over my head. Even tough they don't even do roofs in general, they pulled three guys off of a crew doing another project to come and help me out. They installed all the osb board( on a very steep old, large roof) reshingled, and reflashed. They got everything done in three days with only three guys and we beat the rain by six hours. They saved me from a seriously bad situation with renters in the house. This is a company you can trust.”
