“My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. “Machado Construction did a number of projects on my house that I had been putting off for too long. The first one that comes to mind is "painting" the master bedroom and bathroom. This included fixing cracks in walls and ceilings, installing new doors, closet doors, window, bathroom fixtures, electrical fixtures, and replacing all trim. Other items included insulating the attic, some external painting, and other various carpentry, electrical and plumbing work, including very quick response when my old water heater gave out in the middle of winter. I was completely satisfied with all work done. If I called about an occasional small tweak, it was taken care of promptly and courteously. All work was completed within the time frame. My calls and texts were returned promptly. Their prices aren't cheap but I got my money's worth and I will definitely use this company again.”

“We have used Wilson from Justino Contracting on many occasions over the last 10 years. Most recently Justino Contracting did a major renovation on a Mid Century home. The project was a gut renovation, and required a lot of common sense as it was not new construction and we wanted to to retain the feel and vibe of the original bones. This latest project never would never have been completed in such a timely fashion without Wilson's vast knowledge and resources. Yes, i would use Justino Contracting again and would recommend them as highly as allowed!”

“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Very conscientious - meticilous to detail- extremely professional His word his is bond- very unusual for contractors.
