“TAB Premium Built Homes completed an addition to our home in 2012 and was the original builder six years earlier. The best way to describe our experience with TAB is "fun." From start to finish it is a great experience working with TAB, and it is a little sad when they complete their work since you won't be seeing these professionals as often. The quality of their work is in every way outstanding. In previous homes we would discover problems with the construction over time. With the home and the addition that TAB built for us we have discovered nothing but superb craftsmanship as time has gone by, and we have looked closer at the details of the construction. If you are planning on building a new home or adding to or renovating your current home, you will not find a better company in the New Bern area than TAB Premium Built Homes. “Harbor Point Contracting has remodeled a bathroom, den, Brealfast nook and kitchen floor. They are professional and stick to the estimate you are given before start of the work. While in the process of replacing my flooring there was a issue with moisture that had caused damage that had to be repaired. Horber Point Contracting repaired the damaged floor'subflooring with out over charging me for the additional work. Horbor Point Contracting has my respect and my business for life.”

“We were very pleased with the quality work First Light Custom Builders provided us. First Light Custom Builders has completed several projects for our family. They are my go to for any project we have had at our house. Some of the projects they have completed for us include being the only contractor to find a leak and actually fix it, reflooring our upstairs bathroom with ceramic tile and then closing in a 2 story foyer and adding a wall to create a new bedroom. First Light has always provided quality work at a very reasonable cost. Their team has even worked weekends at no extra cost to complete jobs for us. They are always my first call!”

“Kim Willis is a very detailed integrity filled contractor. Being a woman she looks at things differently and does a lot of extras that most don't even think about. She always makes it like it is her own property that she is building or working on. Kim's team is also honest and very skilled craftsman. Coastal Heritage Construction has completed many projects for me as an HOA Mgr for several properties in Carteret County. Always a great job show up when they say and sometimes do extra services not included. Coastal Heritage Construction also added 810 Sq Feet to my existing home matching the brick and the metal roof very well. It's absolutely beautiful.”

“I chose Brian Deanhardt of Brimco Builders to build my house on Harkers Island because he convinced me that he was familiar with many/most pitfalls of coastal building and how to prevent them, because he was "hands on" and focused on each and every home he built, and because he also lived on the Island and couldn't run far. I was not disappointed. Brian did an excellent job with the construction, was attentive to detail, and extremely responsive to any concerns that I had. Even though my house is out of warranty, Brian still checks on the house, and is willing to help with any issues that arise. After hurricane Arthur, Brian was by the house at 06:30 assessing any damage. He saw a couple of shingles missing on a lower ridge and had them replaced within a couple of days. He saw that I had a deck post cap missing and brought me a new one. First class guy and full service during and after the process. I highly recommend Brian, and am happy to talk further with potential clients of Brimco Builders.”
