“Superior quality and craftsmanship. Professional design estimate was adhered to with no variation. The crews were courteous and professional. The job site ( our home) was kept clean at all times. Sam and his crew modified our 3 year old home by adding a second window to to living room with perfect results. My only regret is that I can not give them 10 stars.”

“Terry Donnelly and his crew did an excellent job of remodeling for us. We needed better access to bathroom and kitchen and an inside laundry facility. We want to be able to be in our home as long as possible, so wide doorways and easy access throughout are important. Terry has the ability to visualize and design solutions. He listened carefully to our concerns and drew up plans to meet our needs. There were no delays or work stoppages. The crew was diligent and careful. We were very happy with United Trades Construction, Inc.”

“My wife and I are no strangers to the building process. Over the years we have built several homes and done numerous renovation projects - thus have worked with quite a few contractors. When we decided to build our beach home in 2003, we talked to several area builders. We chose Staebler Homes and couldn't have been more pleased. Roy Sr. and Roy Jr. were wonderful to work with. One of the best things about them was their ability to listen. They understood what we wanted and translated that into a quality home. Thirteen years later, without a single issue, our home is as good the day we took possession. The Staeblers were up front about every cost and there were no surprises. They had our best interest at heart and were people we trusted completely. The sub's the Staeblers used were all quality workmen and a joy to work with. We looked forward to moving in our home in June of 2003 and were not disappointed. In our opinion, there are no better builders or finer people than the Staeblers. “We hired The Ritchie's to replace the rotten wood siding with Hardie siding and trim, create a Master Closet and create an outside storage room.on our second home. They met with us, offered great ideas and provided a quote and anticipated schedule. Since we were away the majority of the construction, John took photos of the progress and emailed them to us. We never had one disagreement during the entire 6-month project. John, Diane and their subs were all professional and were respectful of our belongings and kept the project clean. The installation went well and was finished in the time stated. The siding lines are true and the joints are clean.. The new master closet is excellent and the outside storage room is fantastic. We will definitely use their services again!”

They work hard at putting out a product that is high in value and unique to the surrounding area. They are great to work with and aim high at providing customers a great experience and a beautiful home.”
