“I contacted Clean Slate Construction and roofing for my home my wife and I purchased this January. We had awful looking floors and needed a reasonable company to come install new flooring for us. Mr. Grogan and his team came in and installed our flooring for a very reasonable price and the workmanship was amazing and fast! “My husband and I bought a Matt Powers home in December and we couldn't be more happy with it and the Matt Powers team. As time passes we constantly find ourselves saying how thoughtful and intelligent of a builder Matt Powers is. My husband and I looked for homes for months and happen to find this home based on a few construction pictures. Those pictures demonstrated quality that we hadn't seen in other homes and sure enough when we walked in it the first time, not only was it so beautiful and custom, but it was sturdy and built with so much thought and care. We continue to comment on this all of the time as we live in it. This very thoughtful design has led us to enjoy an energy efficiency in our home that we didn't know we would have. Our energy bills are significantly cheaper than what we paid in a home nearly 1/4 the size. Finally, working with Matt has been a pleasure because he is a genuinely kind person. The relationship continues well after buying a home. He makes himself available to questions and we have consulted him on other ideas which is a great thing because we love spending time with him! We could not recommend Matt Powers and his team more highly!”

“I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

“I used this company for a master bath model. Bill, Jim and Vicki were delightful to work with. Their crews were respectful, courteous and hard working. Their supervisors stayed on top of the job and I didn’t feel uncomfortable leaving home while they were working. They even did some other minor repairs while the remodel was in progress. They had good suppliers to work with, also. I was referred to them by several friends who were also, very pleased with their work. Great job, and my bath looks like a resort spa!!”
