“Transition Properties did a complete kitchen renovation for us. Everything turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier with it. During this renovation, they also replaced all the flooring on the first floor with vinyl planking and it turned out great! Would recommend them to anyone.”

I am pleased to say however that I would highly recommend Bayer Builders to anyone for their construction needs. Bayer remodeled our master bathroom several years ago, and our experience working with them was absolutely wonderful. If they had any questions on the work that was being done, they always asked. There were no surprises. The work was always done in a professional, workmanlike manner. The job stayed on schedule, on budget, and most importantly I never had to worry about coming home and finding something wrong. In fact, what prompted me to write this review was the fact that regardless of the time that had elapsed since remodeling our bathroom, Bayer Builders came right out and took care of a loose faucet handle I discovered several years after they finished the project. It is a true testament to their integrity that they would come out several years after our bathroom was finished to take care of something. I was truly impressed and very glad we had chosen such an outstanding, reputable, reliable builder for our bathroom remodel.”

“Best contractor I have ever hired! We hired them as a general contractor to build a house. They came in right on budget and right on time. Their subcontractors were very good and they all worked well together. Their main goal was to build "Our" house, not a house they thought we should have. the only problem we had they took care of. They called us and said the cover over the driveway was removed and the cement did not cure right in the cold Ohio winter and they would take care of it. The entire driveway was removed and redone timely and efficiently. We didn't have to ask for it to be done, they just took care of it. They were knowledgeable of building codes and had great ideas on how to save money and different options for us to consider. We've lived here a year and the only thing they had to come back and do was adjust a sticky door.”

This company along with Troy 84 Lumber Company donated a new front door and free installation!! Our house needs a lot of care and they have even provided some roofing repairs at no cost to us!
