“When my wife and I first purchased our dream lot of land to build a custom home on the reached out to our friends for recommendations. “After 10 years, my husband and I decided to have our kitchen and master bathroom renovated. After consulting with four construction firms, we selected Modern home remodeling for various reasons. When Alon the project manager looked at our project, he said his team could transform it with no problem and gave us many great design ideas. The main things that made us decide on Modern home remodeling was Alon our project manager, he was very patient, professional and explained us the whole process of our project. Each phase of the construction, from demo to finish, was completed on schedule. At the end of each day, alon let us know what work would be scheduled for the following day. The crews were functual and did outstanding work. There were a couple of hiccups which were resolved quickly. They did an amazing job, as indicated in the before and after photos. We highly recommend Modern Home Remodeling for any renovation project in your home!”

“Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “Zack responded very quickly and got the job done very quickly. He installed an in-wall dog door which means he cut a hole in the wall of the house and inserted the door. He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. The dogs are so so happy that they can live a free and independent life by going in and out at their leisure. Thank you Zack !!!”

“San Diego Master Craftsmen did a complete kitchen and bath overhaul (including a wall removal) on my very difficult old house. The team was extremely skilled, professional and creative. Jon Hammer is very detailed designer and gave me great ideas to make the most of my space while maintaining the character of the home. He also saw to it that numerous other projects around the house were completed concurrently. Every little project was just as important as the major items and everything turned out gorgeous, within my budget! I highly recommend Jon and his team to anyone who wants perfection.”

“I cannot say enough about Jose and San Diego Painting and Refinishing. He was the first I got an estimate from and I never looked at any others. I had beautiful solid oak cabinets, but the stain was looking dirty and outdated. They were 30 years old. I decided to paint them which I felt would be the cheapest and modernize them. I found SDP&R on line. Jose gave me ideas, which I incorporated into my upgrade. My gut feeling was right about Jose and his company. They were here when they said they would be and the process was clean and easy. The final product was beautiful. I kept adding or changing and Jose was always cordial and accepting of changes or add-ons. I felt the price was more than reasonable for the caliber of work. I highly recommend San Deigo Painting and Refinishing.”
