“Have worked with Lisa Aldred on everything from a large upstairs addition to a a garage overhaul to renovating our living room. We've added beams, stone, windows, you name it and Lisa the most thorough builder I have worked with over the years and that's saying a lot. She really cares about the end result and if the client is happy. Deadlines are met, job site is clean, and finished product is excellent. Best builder is the area no doubt.”

“I started an attached breezeway and two car garage addition this summer with another local contractor. After a couple of days they had the walls up. I am pretty picky about my projects and I was not happy with the quality of their work so I paid them for what they did and let them go. My dad and I had to go back and fix some things before the next step. In the mean time I contacted Andy from Oconnor Builders and he agreed to come out and see where the project was at and see what it was gonna take to finish it. I was worried because we were in a dry spell and we had rain approaching in the next week and i hated to have it get wet before the roof was set. He told me as soon as they finished up the job they were on that they would get right on setting my trusses and tying into the existing house roof. Sure enough they did just what he said and my problem was solved. He even stayed within my budget. I also hired them to set my doors and windows and siding. Any concerns along the way he answered and certain things I requested a certain he gladly did. That meant a lot to me. I would glad recommend any job big or small to use Oconnor Builders.”

“Steve Morris (SB Contractors owner) has done work for us for the past ten years --- projects ranging in size from removing a useless back door and rebuilding the walls, painting entire rooms from prep to trim, replacing all the doors in the house, to small projects like installing a new dining room pendant or putting together a flat-pack set of bookcases. He is meticulous in his detail work, completely trustworthy, and most wonderful of all : there is no job too small for him to say yes to. You just can't find that these days. Most companies will not even bother to come out and give a quote on replacing 3 square feet of siding on a garage. It's just a bonus that he is a really nice guy!”

“After researching many roofing companies, we decided to go with J & B West Roofing because of their knowledge, friendliness, quick response and recommendations from others. Our roof was damaged more than what we expected due to poor quality work previously completed, but J & B communicated with us throughout the day with pictures and details of what needed to be done. The crew was friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning up. We even had neighbors stop by who couldn't believe how quickly they were able to complete the job. We highly recommend J & B!”

We built a completely custom home that literally has everything we asked for whether it was something big or small. "NO" was never an answer. Cory's expertise, creativeness, and knowledge of designing and building homes far exceeded our expectations. Something important to mention is that you were not treated like a customer but more so like family. This wasn't the usual cookie cutter home experience, it was truly unique in everyway imaginable.
