“I've used J White Developments for a number of years. The projects have been varied in size and type but have always been done well and at a reasonable cost. The owner, Josh, has an extensive understanding of the building trade and has been able to advise and recommend solutions for every problem I have given him. He has always kept me informed on costs and timings and comes in on budget unless we agree changes. When he has used sub-contractors he has always overseen their work to make sure it is up to standard. Examples of larger projects: Lifting and re-laying the stone terrace around the property. Replacing a drain that regularly overflowed with a larger capacity one and redesigning soak-away Smaller project examples: Renovating wooden floors, replacing and installing lights for pictures, repairing garden lighting, perimeter fence repairs.”

“Corella made our dream project a reality. They built us a 3 bay ‘old’ oak barn from reclaimed materials and used traditional methods to build it. The barn is an object of such beauty (it has the ‘wow’ factor that we wanted) and not only will it be in daily use, it will also stand for hundred of years as a testament to the talented team which built it. We found Corella to be an extremely capable team, applying the same professional dedication and high quality workmanship to every job. Their customer service is second to none – costs are transparent and options are discussed throughout the work, whether that’s on a small or large build or restoration. “I would like to recommend Mark and Ktirio for any construction ideas that you may have in mind. I just had a full house renovation and a large single storey rear extension done by Mark and his team.
