“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. “Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“This was the most accomplished professional I have ever dealt with in the building industry. Not only did he do a great job but was quite dependable and reliable. He was always available for calls and open to incorporating new ideas into the project. He remodeled my kitchen and baths and made a fantastic outdoor kitchen / pizza oven. “Siteline Construction was hired to serve as the GC for a home renovation project including gutting and installing a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, laying a new tile floor throughout the house as well as completing electrical, HVAC and plumbing upgrades. His workmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Being off island for most of the 6 month construction project, Brandon Tierney provided ongoing updates including photographs of progress being made as well as issues that were being encountered... between weekly conference calls and daily emails (as needed) he was able to resolve issues quickly with minimal impact on budget and schedule. The project was completed on time and on budget as promised. We HIGHLY recommend Brandon and Siteline Construction Group and would definitely hire them again for future projects. At the beginning of each project we clearly define each of our responsibilities, meaning we work very well as a team - equally on new construction as with remodel projects. We have a great working relationship with the job supervisors in the field who alert us to any issues having to do with bringing our plans to life and the project managers in the office who help ensure that all of the product is ordered and delivered in a timely manner. “My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. “I purchased a home build by Woody and JMiller Building Company. The home had already been built when I purchased it and after looking at many other new and older homes, I found this home to be unique and with a very good attention to detail. I looked at a lot of generic homes and found this house to have a lot of extras that others lacked... details that I thought made the home nicer and more secure. Woody also took it a step farther for us. Before moving in there were just a few left over items that needed to be completed and Woody stepped in before we moved in and afterwards to make sure that everything was done to our standards. He was proud of the home he built and really stood by his product, and I respect that and I am thankful for that. Especially because I live in the house full time!”
