It was rated as one of the most energy efficient homes in Utah when evaluated even with the indoor pool. It has geothermal heating and plumbed for solar. As a woman, I enjoyed working with his crew. This was a very intense experience as we had deadlines for occupation. Not only deadlines, we were dealing with the housing market drop. In this climate, despite some subs going out of business, others failing to maintain their integrity, and other factors, Brad maintained his integrity, quality and dependability. They have lined thereselves with excellent subcontractors. There building standards are very strict. We designed a home that is different from other houses they have built. They have been in business for years and built many homes in the North Salt Lake area, and Park City. A custom home can be difficult to build because it is hard to define budgets completely because of all the customer selections.
