“We have used Costanza Homes over the past 3 years for a whole house renovation at purchase, the addition of a finished basement, an outdoor patio, a butler pantry addition, and even a 250 sq foot treehouse with a loft. Pete and his crew have always been on budget, and are great at coming up with innovative suggestions to improve your ideas. “Bogard and Sons Construction is great to work with. The lines of communication were open throughout the entire project. They never hesitated to ask questions, which we appreciate. We enjoy being a part of the process even after our design work is complete, and they definitely kept us in the loop. It was a complicated remodel project and their stunning craftsmanship shows. You would think the house had always looked that way. We may have designed it, but Bogard and Sons execution was top notch. We will definitely look to work with them again on a future project!”
