“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. “We hired this company for a complete bathroom remodel in 2017. They were professional, organized and very easy to work with. Our neighbor had her bathroom remodeled with mold and cracked floor tiles. We have had no problems. The floor and shower tile work show their commitment to high quality, skill and integrity in their work. “Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. “Patrick did an excellent job with my kitchen remodel! He was always punctual, helped me coordinate the countertop amd appliance installations, left the work space organized and clean at the end of each day and followed up with me periodically after it was all finished to see how things were and if there was anything I might have questions or concerns about. “Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”
