I hired him for a remodel; it came in UNDER budget and early! Update: 5/27/16: It's been almost 4 years and I installed a new hi-efficiency heat pump after the work was completed; it is a unit Luis recommended to me. I have my office in my 1600 s.f. home and use the systems 24/7 in a hot/humid climate. My electric bills continue at less than $90/mo on avg. The water bills are under $45 unless I turn on the irrigation. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”
