“My flat in Central London consisting of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom/ utility was completely refurbished over a period of approximately three months to a very high standard. Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”

“Excellent job by Myles and his team, we needed a side extension for our ground floor Victoria flat and we received a prompt site visit, quote and great communication through from Myles. He dealt with issues quickly and shared progress reports with us throughout - a truly forward thinking contractor. He drives a very nice car too so must be doing something right! “Inscope Management carried out the refurbishment/building work for a recent interior design project for a large apartment in Chelsea. This included a new bathrooms and kitchen (their speciality). Their work was of a high standard and their professionalism, pleasant & considerate behaviour worked well, in this potentially difficult and dense site with many occupied apartments around. They worked within designated times, and cleared and cleaned the communal access areas each day. Very pleased with their performance.”
