“Kitchen remodel from cabinetry to granite countertop and below mount sink was done on time and to budget. Peter was great in matching other companies and coming in on time and to our budget. The kitchen remodel was done on time and was very professional. We signed the contract on June 12th and had our kitchen in by August 8th. Peter held the cabinetry until our contractor completed the drywall and painting without holding fees. His ability to work with us to achieve our goal in the look we wanted, made an impression on us and any family and friend who have come over to enjoy our new look. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter for any kitchen remodels.”

“Gold Level Contracting renovated our bathroom. Before construction started a scope of work, contract and payment schedule was provided. Communication was excellent! It was always clear and concise. Due to the excellent communication, professional business attitude, friendly, and trustworthy it was such a joy for us . Floors other rooms were covered to protect and reduce dust or any other construction material. Any garbage was removed daily. To make the construction pleasant for us there time commitment was without question great. Arriving on the time discussed made it convenient for us as well. Workmanship passed our expectations. During the discusses of material we could always rely on good suggestions to help us. The renovation was completed on budget! We are very satisficed with the bathroom. We have recommend Gold Level Contraction to our friends who where very happy with their project.”

Kevin and Tyler are on point from the first meeting, through the planning and design phase until they carry out the work. “Russel Montgomery is the most competent and reliable craftsman ,and that is what he is , that we have ever used We have used his skills,which are many , for over 20 years No question a gem of a guy No he is not a relative but he does feel like a member of our family after so many years of great service This particular job in 2011 was rebuilding our very large and elaborate deck but he has done many more things than that for us over the years”

“I had a wall mounted vanity installed (retrofitted) in my bathroom. It is an old house and therefore the modern vanity was not easy to put in. Carlos needed to do lots of configuring in order for the vanity to fit properly. The finished product is excellent. Due to unforeseen difficulties the job took much longer than originally anticipated yet Carlos stuck to his original estimate and stayed all day on a Sunday to complete the job.”

“Can't say enough good things about Millennium. From the initial visit, Mark spent the time to listen to our ideas, add his own great ideas, and he worked with us to come up with a plan to renovate the main floor of our 100+ year-old home. Once the design was done, Jeff and his team executed. The entire team is clean, respectful, courteous and the work is second-to-none. Millennium does not cut corners, and any time there is a change they inform you and have you sign off before they make any change to the original plan. The project was such a success that we our house was showcased in a home show, and we are having them back to complete another project. If you are considering a renovation in London, ON, Millennium HAS to be on your shortlist.”
