“Remodel of Master Bathroom. Replaced spa tub, remodeled shower, replaced vanity, sinks and vanity lighting including necessary electrical modifications. Ranieri Construction removed all master bathroom fixtures and upgraded the shower to accommodate a hand-held hower in addition to the showerhead. Plumbing was modified for shower and spa tub however; a plumbing leak occurred. Ranieri Construction was quick to respond and did whatever it took to make sure the leak was corrected. Coordination with contractors, who provided other services e.g. vanity and cultured marble installation was handled by Ranieri Construction, which enabled the re-model to be completed successfully. Ranieri Construction stands behind their work and will do whatever it takes to rectify and unforeseen problems/issues.”

“Fact is, these guys saved the day. Arrived promptly when I noticed my ceiling was bubbling/leaking water. Not the kind of thing you want to come home to ever but when it happens you want someone like these guys to step in and knock it out. They dealt with the insurance company which I liked because the lady was jumping on my last nerve. Professionals, high tech equipment used to secure the scene. “Fletcher door and trim does it all. They laid tile floors though out the entire house look awesome. Fletcher door and trim had some excellent ideas on how to lay the tile to not only make our house look bigger but look one of a kind. He has an artistic eye when it comes to home improvement. So much so we used him to do our entire master bathroom remodel with steam shower, tile and back splash around the tub and once again he delivered. Use them you will not regret it.”

“We moved to Las Vegas about a year and half ago, and since moving we have found it extremely difficult to find trust worthy contractors to do some remodeling we have needed in our home. Looking for bath remodeling companies we were becoming very discouraged, the several companies we interviewed didn’t give us the confidence we needed to hire them. Their estimates kept changing always being higher with very few additions. After reading their reviews we found a company, Design Zone Remodeling, and thought we would try again to accomplish this project and find the contractor that would give us professionalism, knowledge and above all honesty. After meeting Anna, from Design Zone Remodeling, we felt we had finally met the company that would do the job professionally and honestly. However, still being skeptical of contractors we asked Anna, from Design Zone Remodeling, to meet with us at our home. A few days later she arrived took measurements and told us her opinion on how we should proceed with our project. No prices were discussed at that time. Anna said she would be back with an estimate in a few days. After she left and before we received the estimate, we hoped that the estimate would come in line with our budget. When Design Zone Remodeling estimate came back, Anna came and explained the cost, the work schedule, where to purchase the material and gave us an approximate finish date. After meeting with Anna, we knew were going to use Design Zone Remodeling, so we signed the contract. Anna and her team are true professionals. One of the things that stood out about Anna is she is not afraid to give her opinion on what material and fixtures to use, and how the project should be done. Design Zone Remodeling was not the highest nor the lowest estimate we received, but we felt they were the most professional and honest. Because of that, we trusted her and the company even more. We would not hesitate to recommend Anna and Design Zone Remodeling to anyone. Everything that Anna told us was true. Her subs were excellent in all aspects of the project. Eli was assigned as our project manager who was dependable, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every detail. He made our project run smoothly and we were very pleased with his work.
