“I was referred to Wunderbau by a friend. I was looking to buy a pied-á-terre in Berlin as a holiday/weekend home. I needed somebody trustworthy to look for the apartments and act as a buyer side consultant. Wunderbau was able to find me a selection of interesting apartments in the areas I was most interested. The staff was able to negotiate on price and availability, in the middle of the high demand. The apartment I ended up buying was in need of complete renovation. From floors to ceilings, in all floors. Electricity needed fixing, plumbing and water needed to be changed. We had initial meeting to discuss the style, project budget and how the project was going to be lead. I used an interior designer, but in some cases Wunderbau recommeded alterations that ended up saving a lot of money. I know these projects are usually known to be money-pits, and naturally, in old buildings there are always surprises. But the whole process was handled in true professional manner. The whole project was for me as a client a thoroughly effortless and enjoyable one. I'm sure it wasn't for the company. I have commissioned over 20 interior design and building projects ranging from apartments to whole buildings and award-winning office spaces (up to 5000 m2). I didn't have a massive budget, nor did I have familiar company to work with, but I couldn't have been happier with the process and/or the end result. I now have a dream pad in Berlin for me and my family. I can warmly and whole-heartedly recommend Wunderbau for apartment renovations and remodelling.”
