“We hired Da Maren Renovations Inc. to move a door in an office from one wall to another as well as tear down a wall to create a locker room from two offices. They were quick, tidy, and excellent work was done. You would never know there was a wall between the two offices. You would never know there was a door in the main hallway of the one office. The job included tear out, dry wall, tape, mud, paint, steel door movement, trim, flooring. t The work was excellent.”

“Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. Throughout the project they were very professional, kept the work site clean, were always on time and kept the project on schedule as promised. The end product is a beautifully built, up to code deck that we can now enjoy for years to come. I would recommend Eagleview Construction to anyone who’s looking to undertake any project as you are guaranteed to have positive results”

“It was great working with Jake, he understood exactly what we wanted, spent plenty of time with us going over our initial plans, and advised and recommended solutions wherever necessary- he also got back to us immediately whenever we had queries, hardware delays or design changes that needed to be addressed. Any little thing we were unhappy with he corrected quickly. We’re very happy with our two bathroom renovations!”

“Regarding new asphalt roof; workers were careful to not use a valley piece that had a bend in it- supervision of young workers was vigilant -no mistakes -no neglect Pricing very competitive and quality great. Cleanup amazing!. New replacement windows top notch quality and super warranty (lifetime) A warranty issue arose the following year and manufacturer replaced two hazed window panes within the week of them being notified. Amazing! Courteous service. Contractor also recommended more insulation over existing living room area- We did just that and WOW! what a difference in heating bill the following winter season.Again pricing was super great as was the quality. A big recommend!”

Helpful suggestions were also brought forward along the way. They do great work, and a lot of the work themselves, any sub-trades they brought in were also superior. “We got our Royal Home earlier this year and couldn't be happier. Our salesman, Chris Weppler was a great help and offered us a home that was completed in the factory but unsold so we wouldn't have to wait for months to replace our home which we had lost to a fire. The attention to detail in our home is amazing and we have had no major issues. Any minor issues are handled immediately. I would recommend Royal Homes and have done so already.”
